“And let us consider how we may spur each other on to love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together,..., but encouraging one another.”

Hebrews 10:24-25 NIV

   SMALL GROUP REUNION

At the core of Cursillo is the Group Reunion.Small groups which

meet together regularly to listen attentively to one another as

a form of encouragement and shared reflection.

Each member of the group has an opportunity to share an

aspect of prayer, study - through reading or media - and action

that has nourished their Christian faith.

The unique structure of a Small Group Reunion takes about an

hour, which means it fits easily into a busy day.

It may be that not everyone will have something to share.

The group is a place of trust and is not a place for advice or

   criticism.

There are two Group Reunion Guides.

Visit the Library page to find a copy of each one.

   Empowering Discipleship

When an enquiry comes in or a Cursillista feels prompted to

sponsor a pilgrim on a Cursillo weekend, it is recommended to

first invite the person to join a small group reunion, for them

to discover the Cursillo way of sharing prayer, study and action

and how it can enable  the walk with Jesus through mutual

   support in Christian life.
