  ST EDS & IPS ANGLICAN CURSILLO

​

  Cursillo is gifted from one Diocese to another. Exeter 

  Diocese gifted Cursillo to St Eds & IPs over 25 years ago.

 

  To date there have been 40 Cursillo Weekends and more

  than 400 Christians from parishes all over Suffolk have

  attended.

 

  Cursillo is not for everyone, but the majority of people

  suggested and nurtured by sponsors to attend, have found

  it to be life transforming and are happy to testify to that.

  Structure

​

  Our structure is made up of Trustees and Committee

  members known as a Secretariat.The Cursillo Secretariat

  hold regular committee meetings and an Annual General 

  Meeting.

  Weekend Committee

  Representatives on Regional and National Cursillo Councils.

 

  The Lay and Spiritual Directors are appointed by the Bishop

  and licensed for 3 years in special services held in July at 

  the Cathedral Church of St James and St Edmund, the  

  Mother church of the Diocese, in Bury St Edmunds.
